LOUISE WILSON | SALON DIRECTOR
Louise is our award-winning Salon Director, with over 25 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. She became self-employed at just 21 and has built her career on exceptional client care and consistently high standards. A colour correction specialist with a background in education for the prestigious brand Leyton House, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge to the salon.
She is passionate about developing the next generation of stylists, supporting trainees and team members as they grow in skill and confidence. Louise regularly travels across the UK for advanced training, always bringing fresh ideas and techniques back to the salon. Her key passions are correctional colour, hair extensions, and creating a warm, inclusive space where every client feels valued.

LYLA McCABE | CREATIVE STYLIST
Lyla is one of our Creative Stylists, qualifying with her SCQ Level 3 in hairdressing at just 17. We are extremely proud of her achievements; her determination and work ethic are second to none. Her favourite services are balayage and lived-in blonding, where her creativity really shines.
Lyla is friendly, bubbly, and truly the happiest person — she’s our wee ray of sunshine. She is quietly confident in her abilities and takes everything in her stride. Clients love her warm energy, her sense of humour, and the way she makes them feel great about themselves. Lyla is perfecting her precision cutting skills and always gives 110% in training. She is definitely one to watch and will make an incredible Creative Stylist in the very near future.
SHELBY BLAIN | CREATIVE STYLIST
Shelby is an amazing Creative Stylist at Hair in the City, bringing four years of experience to the team. She joined us from another well-known Glasgow salon and comes highly recommended. A Level 3 qualified stylist, Shelby trained during Covid when much of the learning moved online, and her determination saw her succeed where many others struggled.
She loves to learn and regularly pushes herself out of her comfort zone to master new skills or perfect techniques she wants to grow in. Shelby specialises in weaves and nano hair extensions and has a real flair for blonding, especially on-scalp bleaching. She loves making every client feel amazing and seeing the confidence that a fresh style brings.

CAIDAN CAMPBELL | CREATIVE STYLIST
Caidan is one of our incredible Graduate Stylists and definitely one to watch. She completed her Level 2 qualification in just six months and is now working towards her Level 3. Bubbly, well-organised, and with an incredible eye for detail, she is always striving to better her skills.
She thrives on perfection in everything she does, and we’re excited to see her continue progressing into an amazing Creative Stylist. Caidan has a real passion for foiling and lived-in blonding, and her favourite service is a bouncy blow-dry — she loves the instant lift it gives clients and the confidence it brings. She is also perfecting her long-hair styling and hair-up techniques.
Caidan is currently on maternity leave, and the whole team couldn’t be happier for her during this special time. We can’t wait to welcome her back and see her continue to shine on the salon floor.

ERIN SHERRIFF | GRADUATE STYLIST
Erin joined Hair in the City as an apprentice and has spent the last two years growing with us, learning her craft and developing a confident style behind the chair. She has taken part in our Professional Keune education programme throughout her training and is now a fully qualified Level 2 Stylist with a fast-growing client base.
Erin is friendly, well-organised, and has a natural eye for detail. Clients love how at ease she makes them feel and the beautiful results she delivers. She has a real passion for balayage, creating soft, seamless blends that her clients are consistently over the moon with. Erin is committed to refining her skills across all aspects of cutting and colouring, and we’re excited to watch her continue to flourish on our salon floor.
KATIE MCLINTOCK | GRADUATE STYLIST
Katie joined the Hair In The City family in November, arriving as a fully qualified Level 2 Stylist. Having completed her initial training prior to joining us, she has hit the ground running and is already immersing herself in our specialist Keune education programme to further refine her technique and product knowledge.
With a warm, approachable nature and a fresh perspective, Katie has quickly become a valued part of the team who instantly puts her clients at ease. She loves creating glossy, bouncy looks that give her clients a real confidence boost.
Katie is dedicated to building her column and delivering beautiful results, and we are delighted to have her talent on the salon floor.
