Work With Us At Hair In the City...
Thinking about your next move?
We’re a friendly, independent salon in the heart of Glasgow, and when an opportunity to join our team arises, you’ll find it here first.
Ready to join the Hair In The City family?
We believe the environment matters just as much as the end result—so we hire for personality, passion, and care, not just technical skill. If you want to be part of a truly inclusive team where every stylist is valued and client relationships come first, read on.
What You Can Expect:
-
A Salon That Listens: We genuinely care about our team, just as we do our clients. That means a supportive, drama-free environment, flexibility around life outside work, and real opportunities to learn and grow.
-
Real Training, Real Progress: As a Keune ambassador salon, you’ll get first dibs on new product launches, exclusive training, and the chance to work with some of the best in the business.
-
Inclusivity is Everything: Our team and our clients come from all walks of life. Everyone’s welcome here—no exceptions. We’re proud to be one of the few Glasgow salons with a private room for clients who need a bit more comfort or privacy.
-
Central Location: We’re right in the heart of Glasgow, on the High Street (G1 1NL). Easy commute, loads of places for coffee breaks, and a client base as diverse as the city itself.
-
Perks That Matter: Product discounts, access to the latest hair tech, ongoing education, regular team socials (the good kind), and, of course, endless coffee (or tea - it's ok, we don't judge).
