Swapping High Street for the Red Carpet
On Monday 7th July, Louise, our Salon Director at HITC, traded her usual Glasgow routine for a red carpet evening at the Royal Lancaster London. Louise was personally invited by Suzanne and James, the founders of GLOWWA, to join the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2025 as their guest.
What Makes These Awards So Special?
The British Hairdressing Business Awards really are the highlight of our industry calendar. It’s a chance for the best salons, teams, and individuals to be celebrated for their creativity, customer care, education, and the sort of innovation that moves hairdressing forward every year. This year’s event, hosted by Ben Shephard, was absolutely buzzing—a night filled with inspiration and genuine community spirit.
For Louise, it wasn’t just about the glitz (although the dresses were pretty spectacular!). It was about joining a room full of people pushing boundaries, setting new standards, and sharing ideas she could bring straight back to our team and clients in Glasgow.
